Troubleshooting your Coffee Bean Grinder Problems

NEVER PUT YOUR FINGERS INTO THE BEAN GRINDER !

This is list of common bean grinder problems and their remedies...

The coffee is too fast.

Reduce the grind setting. See Adjusting your Coffee Bean Grinder.
The coffee is too slow.

Increase the grind setting. See Adjusting your Coffee Bean Grinder.
There are beans in the hopper but they are not grinding.

The sliding door at the bottom of the bean hopper is closed.
There are small piles of coffee under the grinder.

The release lever is not being pulled fully to the front stop each time it is used.
The grinder seems to be jammed / there is a humming noise from the motor / the casing of the grinder is becoming hot.

There may be something jamming the grinding blades.
