I've been with my present company 5 weeks and I asked Qualitasse to call and see me regard the purchase of a new coffee machine, coffee/tea etc.
The reason I chose Qualitasse is, I first started doing business with them over 5 years ago and I would't dream of going anywhere else.
You've heard the phrase don't fix it if it's not broken well, why go somewhere new when I've been getting excellent service for over 5 years.
Their service is second to none starting with the MD down to the person who answers the phone. Mandy who takes the orders (and listens to me getting upset when the machine has a bad day), is a pleasure to talk to and always gets back to me when she says she will. Peter (the machine guru) is always very helpful and never fails to impress me with his knowledge of the product and his polite manner.
In essence my first impression of Qualitasse is the same as every time I have any contact with them EXCELLENT in every way!
